Tumblr: One Comic Per Day
Might as well post it here too!
I created a new tumblr, on which I will attempt to make and post one comic every day. I'll probably collect them every few weeks and make some big posts here as well. But if you want to keep updated daily, follow my tumblr:

Super Soul Bros Poster
I guess I should post this poster I designed last month for the Super Soul Bros. They're a great band that plays jazzy/soulful/funky renditions of classic video game songs.
Well, I guess I half-designed it. Maybe 1/8. I blatantly ripped off the Super Mario Kart cover art. I think plagiarism is okay if you admit it. I don't remember.

Figure Drawings
Here are some new figure drawings that I did at Nickelodeon. They got some goooood models in LA. It makes drawing a lot more fun and a lot more challenging, since it's so hard to accurately capture a good, exaggerated pose. Also, you can't blame your bad drawings on the model.

Forxgi
I haven't updated my blog with anything worthwhile in a good long time, so in the next few days I'm going to try to update this with tons of junk.
Here's a christmas present I did for some friends, Rob and Allison. I drew and inked it, and my girlfriend Melissa King colored it.
It's a Fox and a Corgi. The proper term is Forxgi.

Here's the final, colored version that Melissa did. She made it look better than I ever would have.
And here are some process thumbnails I did:

My Pikmin poster is now available to buy at Fangamer.net!
I probably should have posted this a while ago, but my Pikmin poster is now available at Fangamer.net for only $17!
That's such a great price that you could literally buy two of them and it would only be about $34.

Two things. One is a comic. The other is not.
Here's a couple things I did recently. The first is a portrait of a friend. His name is Steve Campos and he's a wizard in After Effects.
The second is a comic that I did. Hopefully I'll do more in the future:

Pikmin Battle! - For Fangamer VS. Attract Mode Gallery
Here's a piece that I've worked on during the past week for the Fangamer VS. Attract Mode art gallery, which will be at PAX 2012 in Seattle. It's a video game themed gallery, and I chose to do Pikmin.
I've always liked imagining the Pikmin having epic battles filled with violence and tragedy, unseen to the player's eye.
Anyway, here it is. I hope you like it.

Fangamer Packing Slips Pt. 1
Over the past month or so, I've been working on these packing slips for a company called Fangamer. Fangamer is a small business owned and run by some friends of mine in Tucson, Arizona. They basically design and sell merchandise based on famous video games. They've got some really great, well-designed stuff, so check them out.
Anyway, for every order they ship, they include a packing slip, which is a hand-drawn, personalized piece of art related to whichever video game the merchandise is based on. The packing slips are all drawn by different artists, and I decided I wanted to give it a shot, since I hardly ever make finished pieces without the help of a computer.
Here's a few of the packing slips I did for them, sketched in pencil, then inked and colored using copic markers. I've never used copic markers before, so it's been pretty challenging. But fun.

Figure Drawings
Figure drawings! These were all done, I think, during the month of April. The figure drawing models in Burbank are really solid.
